Ingredients:
300g of ladyfingers
4 Eggs 500g of Mascarpone
100g of sugar 300g of coffee
Bitter cocoa powder (for the surface)

Procedure:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the yolks with half the amount of sugar, then add the mascarpone. Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar. Finally combine both compounds. Proceed with the composition, starting with a layer of cream on the baking dish.
